Campfire Pie Night!!!

Another summer at the cottage,

another Campfire Pie Night!

Each family brings a different type of "pizza pie" to cook over the open  campfire. Even the older kids have learned to make their own creations:

We had Margarita,

Pesto,

Sausage and Pepperoni,

and BBQ Chicken pizzas...

and they were all delish!

Our Tennessee friends,

cottage neighbors,

and my sister's family joined in the fun.

The twins agreed, and thought the pizzas were tasty:

We even make dessert pies.

Strawberry filling,

blueberry,

and blackberry filling,

with crushed graham crackers, & cream cheese

were all mouth watering.

My Happy Boy loved dessert the best.

His creation was a "Marshmallow sandwich":

And Tin Man made what he called a "tribute to Elvis" with his dessert creation this year:

Crunchy peanut butter, chocolate, marshmallows...YUM!

(...who loved the 'Pesto Pizza'  the best and had the baby wipes ready for an easy clean up!)
